Chief Engineer

Ron has achieved recognition from customers and peer for his insightful and practical system engineering approach to problem definition / capture and approaches for solutions.  He  well-known for his work quality and accomplishments while at Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs – AP -  (a.k.a. Skunk Works), and leverages his background and experience with manned and unmanned space systems in addition to air vehicles.  He is directly involved in all aspects of the Systems Engineering business processes on a daily basis, including Requirement Definition, Concept Development, Design, Implementation,  Integration and Deployment/Support.  Mr. Bleau is responsible for evaluating these technologies and their incorporation strategy in conjunction with the, CEO, members of the technical staff, research laboratory and marketing team.
