Steve brings over 22 years experience in environmental liability management and remediation , and over 10 years pioneering techniques in cost estimating software application design and development.  He developed, managed, and trained the RACER software, currently the industry standard and only potential market competition.  He is a co-author in the development of training courses and manuals used by the US Government on soil and groundwater remediation cost estimating techniques.  Together, these strengths cover many major operational aspects of the business with solid expertise and a proven record of success.  Steve through his innovative work with environmental cost remediation and his mastery of associated technology as well as his involvement with environmental cost engineering provides the vision necessary for him to captain the helm of our team's understanding and success with software design.
